Over the crust now you should spread tomato mixture to level the rim. Top it with turkey and cheeses before baking for 10 minutes at 400 degree temperature until it becomes a golden coloured pizza.

4. Pizza Bianca with Mushrooms, Arugula and Bacon,

Ingredients as Follows

For crust

1 tsp sugar

2 ¼ tsp active yeast, dry

6 1/2 ounce all-purpose flour, divided

Cooking spray

1/4 tsp kosher salt

2 tsp cornmeal, yellow

For topping

1/2 cup white onion, thinly sliced

2 slices bacon, cut from centre

1/2 tsp divided kosher salt

1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground and divided

8-ounce quartered whole button mushrooms

1/2 cup ricotta cheese, partly skimmed

1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

1 1/2 ounce mozzarella cheeses, partly skimmed and shredded

2 tsp fresh Parmesan cheese, graded

Dissolve sugar and yeast in a large bowl in 1/2 cup warm water to prepare dough for pizza crust. Now to make soft dough by adding yeast into perfectly measured 1 ¼ cup flour and ¼ tsp salt. Set aside the crumbled bacons and add mushrooms and onion to the pan to cook them for 10 minutes until they get tender. Now sprinkle pepper and salt while removing from heat.
